Do you have a physical store?

No, we are an online store only.

Can I pick up my order?

No, all orders must be shipped.

Do you have set XXX?

We only stock what is listed on the site. Please use the search function top-right to check if we have a specific set.

Do you sell individual bricks?

No, we only sell boxed sets. You can buy individual bricks from LEGO's Pick-A-Brick or BrickLink.

Are any of your sets second-hand?

No, all our sets are brand new and factory-sealed.

How do you determine your prices?

Pricing is determined by a number of factors, including: quantities we hold, the rarity of items in the market, and our holding costs, which can be as many as 3-4 years.

What condition are the boxes in?

You can expect your boxes to be as pristine as the day they came off the production line. We will advise on product pages if there is any shelf wear or damage to boxes.

How can I pay? / Do you offer laybuy?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Laybuy, Afterpay, Genoapay, Zip, and Paypal. [more]

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only deliver to New Zealand addresses.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, we only ship to New Zealand street addresses, and all orders must be signed for.

Are you an official LEGO reseller?

No, we source all our products from local New Zealand retailers and international sellers for resale.

Can I combine orders to save on shipping?

While we used to allow combining of orders it has become a logistical challenge to do it successfully, so we have stopped combining. If you want to combine orders to save on shipping you should contact us to cancel your order and then reorder with all the items you want.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we can cancel and refund your order provided it hasn't been fulfilled. Please contact us immediately with your order number.

Do packages need to be signed for on delivery?

Yes, all shipments must be signed for at time of delivery. If you prefer your packages to be left without signature you can register for NZ Post's authority to leave.

My LEGO set is missing pieces or stickers

Please register the missing pieces directly with LEGO and they will send them to you.

Do you ever have sales or discounts?

No we don't as our margins work differently from other retailers, so there's little room for us to add discounts.

Why is shipping so expensive?

Unfortunately we take a loss on shipping, even at the prices we charge. In particular, shipping to the South Island is very expensive and can often cost twice as much as we charge.

Will you match another retailer's price?

No we do not offer a price-match service, sorry!

Can I return my order?

We no longer accept returns if you've changed your mind. If there is an issue with the items you've ordered please contact us to arrange return and a replacement or refund.

Can you sponsor my school/club/channel?

At this time we do not provide sponsorship with LEGO prizes etc.
