Are you a New Zealand company?

Yes! We're a New Zealand-owned and operated company on Auckland's North Shore selling 100% genuine, sealed/boxed/mint/unopened LEGO sets. Find out more about us here.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we are an online store only.

Can I pick up my order?

No, all orders must be shipped.

Do you have set [insert set name]?

We only stock what is listed on the site. Please use the search function top-right to check if we have a specific set.

Do you sell individual bricks?

No, we only sell boxed sets. You can buy individual bricks from LEGO's Pick-A-Brick or BrickLink (NZ-based stores linked.)

Can I pre-order an upcoming set?

The LEGO Group wants all customers to have the best possible experience with their products, and that includes the lead up to getting a LEGO set in your hands. As there's always the possibility of supply issues or delays, they have stipulated that we must not take pre-orders. If you're particularly interested in an upcoming release, you can sign up on the product page to receive email notification when it's stocked.

Why do you have a minimum spend?

We've introduced a minimum spend due to the increasing cost of fulfillment and shipping. As of writing, the minimum spend is $34.99.

How can I pay? / Do you offer laybuy?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as POLi (bank transfer), Afterpay, and Zip. [more]

Why can't I see Afterpay as a payment option?

To get to Afterpay, you can either:

a) Add a credit card in, which will then show the link to alternate payment methods like Afterpay (this is a Shopify issue that's beyond our control); or

b) Log out of Shop Pay, then log back in, and when it asks you to enter a 6-digit number that's text to you, just close this pop-up and you'll see the other payment options.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only deliver to New Zealand addresses.

How do you package up orders?

Your order will arrive in an unbranded brown cardboard box with brown tape. The shipping label will read "Brick Store" in small print. Packing slips do not contain any pricing details.

Will my package need to be signed for on delivery?

Yes, all orders must be signed for upon delivery, except for rural addresses. You can set up an Authority to Leave with NZ Post.

Are you an official LEGO reseller?

Yes, as of March 2021 we are an authorised LEGO retailer.

Can I combine orders to save on shipping?

While we used to allow combining of orders it has become a logistical challenge to do it successfully, so we have stopped combining. If you want to add additional items to an order please contact us with your order number and the set number/s you wish you add.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we can cancel and refund your order provided it hasn't been sent for fulfillment. Please contact us immediately with your order number.

My LEGO set is missing pieces or stickers, or are damaged


Please register the missing or damaged pieces or stickers directly with LEGO and they will send them to you.

Will you match another retailer's price?

Yes. Please complete this form.

Can I return my order?

At this time we are not accepting returns if you've changed your mind. If there is an issue with the items you've ordered please contact us to arrange return and a replacement or refund.

Do you offer gift wrapping and greeting cards?

At this time we are not providing either of these options.

How do I earn/redeem Brick Points?

Please visit the Brick Points widget (you'll need to log in). A pop-up will show you the rewards dashboard and you'll see the links for earning and redeeming.

Can I spend LEGO VIP points with Brick Store?

No, Brick Store is completely independent of the LEGO Group and its VIP program.

Can you sponsor my school/club/channel?

Given the overwhelming number of groups that ask us for help, we are faced with the difficult task of deciding who we can actively support, and as such, we are currently not taking individual requests for donations of LEGO products.

Did you charge my credit card twice?

ASB Visa customers may see two transactions on your statement, with one reading "pending." This is the same charge and will disappear after 2-3 days. Rest assured it's not a double charge.
